AFFIDIAN CREDIT UNION has an opening for a Call Center Representative at their Denver branch located at 700 W. 39th Avenue, Denver, CO 80216.    This person must have excellent phone and customer service skills. Training will be provided on credit union products and services.  Work is performed in office Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an occasional start time of 7:00 am.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Assist members who call or chat in with questions and account information.
  • Must be professional, courteous, and helpful at all times during phone calls and chats.
  • Preforms some banking transactions, provides information on services and products, and provides resolution to problems or issues.
  • The position will include knowledge of the full range of products and services offered by Affidian Credit Union.
  • Process a variety of operational transactions for new and existing members including but not limited to new member account openings, the opening of additional accounts/products, cross-selling, check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, and account changes/updates. 
  • Excellent Customer Service is extremely important in this position. This person must provide an unparalleled member experience over the phone and in person. 
  • Needs to be able to identify when the member needs more specific information regarding loan products and services.
  • Previous experience in a call center or banking environment is preferred.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum one year cash handling and customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
